Dear Chocolatier:
First of all, it’s awesome that you offered to write one of my requests, and thank you already for writing for me! I’m excited to see whatever you write, I love every single one of my requests and would adore a fic that features any of them, but don’t feel any need to stick close to prompts, I always draw a blank on them anyway. My goal here is just to give you something to work with and make it easier for you to get inspired; if you hit any of my general vague likes at all and don’t write any of my DNWs, I promise I will adore it.

Bill Cipher/Ford Pines
I’ve watched all of the series, and I’ve read Journal 3, Curse of the Time Pirate’s Treasure, the Lost Legends comic, so feel free to put in any of that stuff! You are also free to include Flatland details in Bill's backstory, if you touch on that; I am familiar with it.
These two have a complicated as hell relationship and I am here for it. I love that Ford basically used to worship Bill and that a lot of his reactions after seemed soaked in a feeling of hurt and betrayal; I also personally interpret Bill as having honest fondness for Ford but also being… really fucked up, and potentially more desperate than he was willing to admit.
Pre-canon or post-canon are what I’m most interested in here, either with naive and starry eyed Ford and manipulative Bill who’s using him and didn’t intend to get even a tiny bit attached but whoops might have, or the two of them in some situation after Weirdmageddon where they have to deal with the fallout of that and their own emotional fallout.
Pre-canon, I also like the idea of some AU where Bill approached Ford differently (appealed to his love of weirdness and his own weirdness instead of his intelligence and pride). A situation where Bill was a bit less manipulative/lying and made it clear he wanted out of that Nightmare Realm dimension could also be neat; maybe Bill winds up in Ford's mind via the Mindscape and they share a body for at least a while! Or maybe Bill gets a body of his own, something robotic or using shapeshifter DNA or through making a deal with... something else. Or through Ford making a deal with something else. There's a lot of weirdness in Gravity Falls.
Post-canon, I like the idea of Bill as a kind of fucked up masochist who can take a lot of punishment and he and Ford having some complicated physical relationship where Ford causes him pain during angry not exactly hate makeup sex while they work through this weird Thing they have now. I also just like them having some uneasy truce where Bill is, this time around, the more openly emotionally invested one where Ford is the one trying to not actually care about him and failing, and them working through that to something that maybe might actually work this time.
In general, I like the detail in Journal 3 that Bill’s weird Nightmare Realm dimension was going to collapse and he needed a way out, along with the “Says he’s happy. He’s a liar.” detail of the poem, and the fact that he didn’t seem to actually be having much fun with Weirdmageddon. Not to mention potentially the bullshit of Flatland. There's a lot of promise there for Bill's situation being worse than he was ever willing to let on; imagine how much in denial he could still be post-canon! I love redemption arcs, but I like them to be earned even with sympathy being shown to the villain’s circumstances, so I don't mind it taking a while even giving Bill more sympathy towards his former situation. And I am fine with both Bill in triangle or human(oid) body forms, and see my general like of xeno above. Tentacles are hot, multi genitalia is hot, all sorts of weird setups are hot. If going with porn, go for it.
(If you do go for the trans headcanon thing and choose to write Ford as trans, and you’re writing any porn set in the Mindscape, which I also encourage, feel free to also have Ford have basically any genital setup he/she/they wants. It’s a dream, anything goes. Hell, if Ford is cis and wants to play around with that stuff, anything goes! Same goes for kinks that might not be realistic/safe/comfortable otherwise, such as tentacles going all the way through the body, etc.)
Generally, I would prefer to feel like the two honestly do care about each other even if they'd rather not, and get a sense that things at least could turn out okay between them eventually!
THE LAST HALLOWEEN
Robert/Eugene Otto
I’m caught up on the entire comic, so go nuts!
Whoo boy. I love this ship, there’s just so much complexity here… Unhealthiness, but not for lack of trying. I am fascinated by how Robert talks about their relationship, how the way he tells Mona about it makes it sound like he really did legitimately want things to work between himself and Gene (as she says maybe it will work if she tries with Susan), likely did not realize where his immense jealousy was leading until it happened, but his mixed feelings now about not even knowing if he regrets it or not. I love the whole monster aspect entirely, a creature who is born when you are and whose life is tied to yours in so many inextricable ways, how it leaves you both vulnerable, all the monsters’ thoughts on that.
What were they like before things fell apart? Or as things were falling apart? I don’t want smut while Gene’s underage, but romance or confused romantic feelings starting younger than that is totally fine. They were inseparable since Gene was a small, small child, until Gene was sent away. How did Robert even become Gene’s best friend, instead of just killing him then? Why? What was their relationship actually like, how did they interact? How did Robert even at that young age handle Gene having other friends? What did Robert do while Gene was gone, did he “know” he’d come back or wonder if he would, how did he feel when he finally did but with wife in tow?
(Or, of course, you can ignore real life details of the real life Eugene Otto’s life. Feel free to play fast and loose with the real Robert legends; I can understand why you might want to!)
What was it like while things were going bad, when they were best friends and closer than anyone but Robert was just absolutely wrecking everything in Gene’s life? I love the implication that it’s not just jealousy of Gene having other things in the sense of wanting to be the only important thing to him, it’s jealousy of the life Gene has, of Robert never being able to have that or have anything but Gene, but being sort of displaced.
What was it like with good times? Infidelity is fine for this specific canon, because really it’s one of the least fucked up elements of this whole situation. Feel free to go romance with them at any age, but also feel free to go with sex. What would that even be like for a human and a doll? Feel free to lean into size kink, but try not to dwell too much about Robert resembling a child; some mentions of his size and unnerving appearance are fine but no shota kink. Don’t feel any need to give him genitalia, though you’re free to go nuts if you do go the sex route, with how it would work. Can Robert control his body to any extent? Does Robert just talk him through things, or watch, or touch? Does Gene just frot on him? Can Robert “get off” (I’m fine with yes or no, but if no I do prefer some sort of deep satisfaction/pleasure from the experience). Manhandling is also A+++ in this particular scenario, or posing and positioning like, well, a doll. Robert moving or being still. Basically there’s a lot of ways you could play this, get weird kinky with this if you do the sex!
And if you don't want to write their relationship as sexual, know that I am just as into them as a totally nonsexual fucked up romance as well, even something that blurs the lines between romance, friends, family, predator-and-prey, a lot of things. Though I do think they honestly loved each other... Just, at the time, badly. Are they something they'd both know they can never revisit, or do you think time has changed things and Robert's relationship with Mona shows that he can reach a point where he's less totally destructive?
If you want to do something with the actual point in canon where Robert kills Gene, you’re also free to do this; it’s a moment that does fascinate me. Gene asks Robert to kill him; what’s going through both their heads? How does it happen? In some versions of the legend, Robert strangles him, which is very intimate, but you could go with something else as well, easily. This was the sort of inevitable culmination of their relationship and what gifts/curses Robert with immortality. He honestly doesn’t know if he regrets it, he thinks about it every day, he wonders if he should have just let Gene live and accept his own death when he died of old age… It’s just such a major moment for them.
Alternately, you could play with all kinds of headcanons or AUs. Maybe Robert asks Charon to deliver a message to Gene after the events of the first chapter (if he doesn’t die, or if he comes back in some handwavey way), or asks to speak to him directly. Is there any sort of closure either of them can get? After Robert dies, does he go to the same afterlife as Gene?How awkward would that be? Or what if Robert did indeed just allow Gene to live out his life, be satisfied with the lifespan he had as well, and die with him?
I love how complicated and tragic they are in basically all ways, feel free to give them a bittersweet ending or a happy one, but I’d prefer a more… wistful feel than pure tragic, despite both their canon fates, if possible. But seriously… go nuts. I want to read all the things about this messed up human and his even more fucked up doll monster BF(F).
ROKKA NO YUUSHA/BRAVES OF THE SIX FLOWERS
Hans Humpty/Adlet Mayer
I’ve watched the entire anime, all one season of it, and have read the first two light novels. I do prefer the anime to the light novels in most cases, but feel free to go animeverse but sprinkle in stuff from the first novels, and go ahead and take the second novel as canon for this if you want! Later stuff I’m less familiar with and am also less thrilled about what I’ve heard in general, though.
I adore these two. Absolutely adore them. What I think I love the most is that they’re not characters you’d necessarily expect to even mesh at all, and they do bounce off each other at first! But Adlet swiftly comes to admire Hans’s genius and want to win him over (if only for practical reasons), and Hans just fascinates me in that as soon as he’s convinced of Adlet’s innocence, he becomes unflinchingly, unhesitatingly dedicated and loyal. Like, “You’ve become friends with Hans! Hans will now DIE FOR YOU.” levels of dedicated and loyal, which is not something I would have expected from his character.
I love how Adlet is determined to save everyone and does not accept that it might not be possible, who’s greatest goal was to become a Brave for horribly personal reasons, whereas Hans is an assassin who, after becoming a Brave, wouldn’t even have met up with the others to fight the Demon King if the local king hadn’t paid him for it. I love how Adlet wears his everything on his sleeve, but Hans seems to delight in making people underestimate him (wearing baggy clothes that do well to hide how fuckin ripped he is; not initially letting on what a brilliant fighter he is; making cat sounds and puns with his words and explaining his connection to them in silly seeming ways, including holds hand up to face like paw and go “nya”; generally acting silly; even his incredibly heavy accent and way of speaking, which is like the equivalent of country bumpkin/hillbilly). Both of them fake smiles for different reasons while there’s something heavier underneath.
But mostly, that dedication, and how in sync they wind up with each other. They can communicate wordlessly in fights and trust each other completely in them, and Hans refuses to leave Adlet behind unless it will literally save his life to leave. They make an incredible team.
Various stuff while they’re traveling in canon would be amazing, them meeting before canon/in an AU where the Kyoma aren’t a thing or they aren’t Braves would be amazing, and post canon fic (as handwavey as you like it for how canon ends, as long as neither of them’s dead or like, comatose or whatever) where they meet up again and/or have to readjust to a more normal life now (well, as normal as their lives will ever be) would be amazing! I love this pairing on the happier side, really into each other even if they’re going into a situation where they might well die, teasing, friendly, they just seem like they could be fun to me. H/C or emotional scenes (or emotional sex!) after That Thing What Happens In Book 2 would also be amazing. If writing porn, I love casual and comfortable kinkiness, Hans playing with Adlet’s hair, Adlet liking Hans’s eyes, Hans scratching Adlet up or biting (or Adlet doing the same), Hans being really flexible… petplay, whether pet names or collaring. This is a pairing I’m also into bloodplay with; feel free to have either of them play with Hans’s knives. You can include any or none of this!
Also, feel free to have any of the other characters show up if you like. I don’t mind background ships, either, canon or noncanon, but for this particular pairing in this particular exchange I’d rather not have a third person in the Hans/Adlet ship.
Finally, with this one, if do you go with trans headcanons, feel free to make either or both of them any sort of trans, I’m good with it! I have become somewhat intrigued/amused by the idea of Hans actually being a trans woman and just not caring if other people don’t realize she is, in part because of her general apparent desire to have everyone misread her initially and in part because it’s kept Mora from realizing she’s the Saint of Cats (slitted pupils! sharp teeth and nail claws! that tail actually moves!) and keeping too close of an eye on her. But that’s just a thought I kinda like, you of course don’t have to go with that at all.

But mostly, that dedication, and how in sync they wind up with each other. They can communicate wordlessly in fights and trust each other completely in them, and Hans refuses to leave Adlet behind unless it will literally save his life to leave. They make an incredible team.
Various stuff while they’re traveling in canon would be amazing, them meeting before canon/in an AU where the Kyoma aren’t a thing or they aren’t Braves would be amazing, and post canon fic (as handwavey as you like it for how canon ends, as long as neither of them’s dead or like, comatose or whatever) where they meet up again and/or have to readjust to a more normal life now (well, as normal as their lives will ever be) would be amazing! I love this pairing on the happier side, really into each other even if they’re going into a situation where they might well die, teasing, friendly, they just seem like they could be fun to me. H/C or emotional scenes (or emotional sex!) after That Thing What Happens In Book 2 would also be amazing. If writing porn, I love casual and comfortable kinkiness, Hans playing with Adlet’s hair, Adlet liking Hans’s eyes, Hans scratching Adlet up or biting (or Adlet doing the same), Hans being really flexible… petplay, whether pet names or collaring. This is a pairing I’m also into bloodplay with; feel free to have either of them play with Hans’s knives. You can include any or none of this!
Also, feel free to have any of the other characters show up if you like. I don’t mind background ships, either, canon or noncanon, but for this particular pairing in this particular exchange I’d rather not have a third person in the Hans/Adlet ship.
Finally, with this one, if do you go with trans headcanons, feel free to make either or both of them any sort of trans, I’m good with it! I have become somewhat intrigued/amused by the idea of Hans actually being a trans woman and just not caring if other people don’t realize she is, in part because of her general apparent desire to have everyone misread her initially and in part because it’s kept Mora from realizing she’s the Saint of Cats (slitted pupils! sharp teeth and nail claws! that tail actually moves!) and keeping too close of an eye on her. But that’s just a thought I kinda like, you of course don’t have to go with that at all.
